Shipping Policy:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00.
Our preferred carrier is EMS, USPS and Dhl are used for deliveries to areas.
Delivery within 3-7 business days
Packages are only shipped Monday — Friday. excluding Holidays.
Shipment confirmation with tracking number provided via email.
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours.
You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
Returns policy:
Before placing your order with us, please be advised that return shipping costs and time-consuming.
Many customers have had success selling unwanted items to friends or on Ebay or similar sites instead of paying the return shipping costs.
We will accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt of your purchase.
Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.
To send an item back to us, You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as iUrbanwear.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1 weeks for processing.
We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order.
It could take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact with our customer service to get delivery address if you want to return items.
If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail back your item for a refund, then place a new order with us at any time.
If you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.
Most of our items can be returned, including Sale merchandise. Please note that items cannot be returned after 7 days. Your return merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, with the store tags still attached. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. |
